In deciding on a theme for this year’s summit, I was moved by a snippet from a BlazerWorks team chat that bubbled up to me. It was written by one of our newest leaders, Scott Apsey, who shared the following:

“Several months back, I was listening to a favorite news-of-the-day opinion show that was celebrating ten years on the air. One of the regulars was praising the host. She thanked her for being an ‘amplifier who is not only measured by her own work, but for strengthening the entire team by helping others voices to be heard, their ideas to be recognized, and their contributions to be valued.’”

Scott went on to add, “I can’t tell you how often that has popped into my head causing me to ask, ‘How can I be an Amplifier?’”

2024 was a seminal year in the company’s history. We transacted the business to our new partners and with gratitude, closed a successful chapter with the team at Olympus. What now lies ahead is our opportunity to Amplify our efforts, our intensity, our impact, our results and, of course, the work of others.

You have an all-access pass to the most anticipated show of the year. Join your fellow rockstars at the Four Seasons in the beating heart of Music City, USA. We'll have plenty of jam sessions during which we'll bring out the best in each other, playing our greatest hits while composing new classics. In 2025, we're taking it up to eleven.

• Download and review the Prep Packet linked below. It has our agenda, attendee contact list and prework. We'll provide everyone printed copies at the event. 
• Become proficient in the two prework podcasts in the Prep Packet prior to the Summit. Be ready to facilitate a group discussion of all materials.

• Use the attendee contact information to start coordinating group breakfasts.

• Refer to the daily agenda section so you won't miss anything we have planned!

• Dresscode: For all meetings, the dress code is business casual (no jeans). For leisure time and group activities, we recommond casual, comfortable and warm. Walking shoes recommended! Nashville averages between high 20s and high 40s in January, so pack and dress accordingly. 

• Please remember that the days of the Summit are reserved for company business and meant for meaningful interaction with your colleagues including our leisure time and activities.
